What is the dress code?

Do you sell passes to anyone who wants to attend a Meetup or a Conference?

No. THIS IS BY INVITATION ONLY. Moola Team performs intensive research before inviting an individual or an entity. Moola Team receives requests from different individuals and entities, and these individuals and entities are carefully screened.

To protect trade secrets within the industry and information withheld by secretive attendees as well as to ensure that sensitive information is only passed to the proper entities or individuals, Moola Forum reserves the right to refuse selling tickets to anyone we believe is not and must not be part of this exclusive event.

We may ask for some sensitive information from anyone who wishes to attend and as part of the process, s/he must grant us permission to perform background check on him/her before we sell tickets.

Moola Forum reserves the right to deny anyone access to the venue the moment entrance is opened when ticket is carried by the person not found in our database. Meetups and Conferences are restricted to persons only approved by our team.

What’s the difference between an Individual Access and a Company Access?

An Individual Access is a pass or a ticket provided to high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, their luxury lifestyle consultants and private wealth advisers, heirs and heiresses to Asian fortunes, luxury affiliate marketers, c-level executives, serial entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity investors, investment bankers, government officials, and members of Asian Royal Families looking for luxury brands, products, and services.

Attendees with Individual Access are seated at the round banquet tables.

A Company Access is a pass or a ticket provided to owners of luxury fashion, luxury jewelry, luxury beauty, luxury cars, luxury hospitality, fine wines & spirits, gourmet food & fine dining, fine art, luxury homeware, private jets & yachts, executive protection, and security technology companies endorsing their luxury brands, products, and services to attendees with Individual Access.

Attendees with Company Access are seated at the round banquet tables with high-net-worth individuals, who are interested in luxury products and services provided by Attendee or Attendees with Company Access who are with them.

Do you offer Access discounts?

Moola Forum offers Access discounts for group reservations of at least three delegates. A group with 5, 10, 15, 20, or more delegates is offered special discounts. Contact us for computation and arrangement.

Can I cancel or transfer my Access?

You may transfer your Access to someone at anytime, free of charge—but Moola Forum team always conducts background check, thus if this someone is someone we believe beneficial to the community, then we will approve your Access Transfer request. Else, we will allow you to keep looking for the right someone who will replace your reserved seat.

Cancellation and refund requests are accepted, minus a 15% administration fee, during cancellation period in your invoice. After that period, Access will be 100% non-refundable.

What is the language in the Meetup and Conference?

The official language of the Meetup and Conference is English.

What happens in the Meetup and Conference?

Discussions, presentations, and meetings BETWEEN individuals AND luxury brands or luxury service providers.

This event helps HNWIs and/or their advisers to check the super latest, the newest, and the best luxury products and services from various luxury brands in town. HNWIs and/or their advisers make purchases on the spot or make suggestions on what products or services they need. Exchange of business cards, direct and personal communications, and referrals by individuals are one of the common trades in this event—Local Luxury Meetup happens twice a month and at least every three months (on Q1, Q2, and Q3) before the annual Local Luxury Conference and the annual International Luxury Conference.

How can I attend the Meetup and/or the Conference?

Moola Forum has been working with luxury lifestyle consultants, private wealth advisers, and luxury affiliate marketers throughout Asia since 2013. And over the years, we have built professional and personal relationship with high-net-worth individuals in Asia, executives of top corporations, members of Asian royal families, and super many old-money families with utmost exclusivity and privacy.

Hence, Moola Forum is very well aware of who to invite to see who and to speak with who. Most of the time when in doubt, we perform background check on new providers in town before we finally build the bridge between them and the high-net-worth individuals.

Moola Forum usually announces luxury events through its authorized members who—by heart—live the ethics and procedures in our exclusive organization. We may invite a person, but we may cancel such an invitation due to conflicts of interest or other reasons. We may, however, allow new persons whom we know will benefit all parties in our organization.

Thus, you can’t simply attend the Meetup or the Conference because you like it even if you have all the means to pay for the tickets. First, build a good relationship with any member of Moola Forum, and they may be the only key to receive an invitation from our organization or receive approval of your application to attend the Meetup or Conference.

Does my Pass include travel and accommodation?

No. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. However, we have a Luxury Concierge that can help you arrange your travel and accommodation.

Our Luxury Concierge only works with high-net-worth individuals or multibillionaires in Asia who pay for annual membership, but as an attendee or a guest to our exclusive ultra-premium forum, our concierge may serve you. A matrix of service charge will be sent to you after purchasing a pass should you need an exclusive concierge for you while you're attending our luxury events.

How much does an Access cost?

Local Luxury Meetup: US$450 for Individual Access / US$1,125 for Company Access

Local Luxury Conference: US$1,500 for Individual Access / US$3,000 for Company Access

International Luxury Conference: US$5,000 for Individual Access / US$7,500 for Company Access

An Individual Sponsor is a partner of Moola Forum who is provided with 3 Individual Access, 1 Company Access, 1 Keynote Speaker slot, and 1 Panelist slot.

Individual Sponsor is one of the high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, their luxury lifestyle consultants and private wealth advisers, heirs and heiresses to Asian fortunes, luxury affiliate marketers, c-level executives, serial entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity investors, investment bankers, government officials, and members of Asian Royal Families.

A Company Sponsor is a partner of Moola Forum that is provided with 5 Individual Access, 2 Company Access, 1 Keynote Speaker slot, and 1 Panelist slot.

Company Sponsor is one of the owners or company representatives of luxury fashion, luxury jewelry, luxury beauty, luxury cars, luxury hospitality, fine wines & spirits, gourmet food & fine dining, fine art, luxury homeware, private jets & yachts, executive protection, and security technology.

How much does a Sponsor cost?

Individual Sponsor: $10,000 USD

Company Sponsor: $15,000 USD

What does Access provide?

Access provides documentation such as meetup and conference guidebook, meetup and conference videos, directory of brands and their luxury products/services.

Access provides arranged meetings between high-net-worth individuals and brand's C-level executives or owners, between high-net-worth individuals and other high-net-worth individuals or ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and between brands and other brands.

Access provides passes to Afternoon Welcome Reception, Meetup and Conference Sessions, Evening Cocktail Reception, Formal Dinner, and/or Elaborate Gala Dinner.
